We renovated this building in 2017, and though the house may seem very modest on the outside, its three large apartments boast tons of unique historic features. The large 2-story, 2-bed, 1.5 bath was a complete renovation, featuring a huge dining room, double living room, and restored hardwood flooring. The building as a whole features custom kitchen cabinetry with updated appliances, updated bathrooms, laundry in-units, and unique features such as French doors, fireplaces, historic windows, exposed brick, and built-ins can be found throughout the building.
