Initially built in 1891, we purchased this property in 2009, and promptly renovated the upper of the two apartments. Although there are no pictures from that renovation, we fully renovated the lower unit in 2022, pictured here! Some improvements include new wood flooring, crown molding to compliment the existing woodwork of the home, custom lighting, and all new kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was rearranged to a more functional layout, with new oak cabinetry and new appliances. A cozy half-bath was made from the original bathroom, and a larger full bath was added with a custom vanity, extra-wide shower, and even heated flooring!
