This house was built in 1891, and its first occupant was Fenton B. Weaver, an insurance agent at the Robinson Building on Lake Street. He lived here until 1938, and the house was converted to two 2-bedroom apartments in the 1980's. We purchased this property in 2009, when we fully renovated the upper unit, and the lower unit was fully redone in 2022.
