Our Properties

This late Queen Anne style home was built in 1900 for a Mr. Samuel Wagner. Later occupants included Laura Kreger, who ran a boarding house here in the 1910's, Herschel Gardner, lawyer and real estate, Henry Gladke, jeweler, Boyd McDowell, secretary of the Steele Memorial Library, and Arthur Nestlerode, president of the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Association.

We purchased this property in 2009, and it contains three apartments; two 2-bedrooms, and a large 1-bedroom on the third floor. The building features hardwood floors throughout, a grand staircase, oak and white kitchen cabinetry, and tile floor bathrooms. The unique third-floor apartment boasts lots of built-in storage, as well as an octagonal bonus room in the top of the tower. Additional amenities and utilities at this building include a laundry center, off-street parking, water, sewer, and trash collection.
