Our Properties

This house was built in 1890 for Armand Hurth, owner of a large establishment selling iron and tin ware. The house was then occupied by Isaac Desky, a diamond dealer, from 1904 to 1909, when it was sold to I.D. Booth, who occupied the house form 1909 to 1915. It was then sold to A. Ward LaFrance, owner of LaFrance Garage Company, later to become American LaFrance. The house was converted to two apartments in 1972.

We purchased this property in 2009 as a duplex, with two bedrooms each. It features hardwood floors, oak kitchen cabinetry, tile floor bathrooms, and a grand foyer. Additional amenities and utilities at this building include laundry in each unit, off-street parking, water, sewer, and trash collection.
