This classic Queen Anne style house was built in 1876 for Elijah Smith. The house was occupied by various local business owners until 1935 when it was converted into apartments.

We purchased the property in 2009, and carefully restored it from a rather rough state. The building features hardwood floors throughout, oak kitchen cabinetry, and tile floor bathrooms with cherry cabinetry. Perhaps the building's most unique features are its four ornate fireplaces and classic Victorian staircase.
