This house was built in 1850, and underwent numerous additions and alterations in the later part of the 19th century. During this time, it was occupied by a series of lawyers and local politicians until 1972, when it was converted to six apartments.

We purchased this property in 2017, and gave it a new roof and fresh paint job. This building contains six 1-bedroom units that vary greatly in layout, and we've been slowly renovating one unit at a time as they become available.
