110-114 Baldwin Street

c.2021

Work continues to hum along at our newest downtown project at 110-114 Baldwin Street, formerly Schreibman's Jewelry Store and Delaney Law Offices. The building itself is a 3-story, 1,000 square foot mixed use space requiring extensive restoration. This exciting undertaking will be bringing new life back to the block's historic East Town Mall. Maintaining the historic fabric of the building, the first floor of the building already features a completed law office, and will soon be home to The People's Place Gallery, in tribute to fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger's original downtown Elmira store. It will also feature 4 boutique shops along the former Carroll Street pedestrian walkway. The upper two floors will contain 11 luxury apartments, a combination of both 1 bed 1 bath, and 2 bed 2 bath. The apartments will feature high-end cabinetry and appliances, 10 to 11 foot ceilings, exposed brick, as well as fully restored floor-to-ceiling historic windows. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown and offering direct access to the LAZ parking garage for tenants and guests.

This restoration is still in progress, but will be posted here when complete!
