The house was built in 1895 for Albert Winfield. It was then transferred in 1903 Nelson Bowen, tobacco buyer, and later a buyer for John Brand Co. In 1940, the house was converted into four 1-bedroom apartments.

We purchased this property in 2009, and its features include updated kitchens and bathrooms, wood beam ceilings, and stained glass. All utilities are included in this building's rent!
