Our Properties
This house was built on the original site of the stables of 529 W. Water Street in 1930 by the Bacorn Family, who had just finished building their new apartment house next door at 531 W. Water Street. It was initially a single family home, but was soon converted in 1934 to two 2-bedroom apartments.
We purchased this property in 2015, and gave it a complete renovation. Its unique location at the rear of the property gives it great privacy and the River Levee Trail just beyond the backyard. It features unique designer kitchens with custom cabinetry, oak moldings, trim, and window casings, and built-in storage. The second floor apartment also features a beautiful view of the Chemung River from its kitchen. In addition to its porch, this house also boasts a unique porte-cochère, providing covered parking to one car. Additional amenities and utilities at this building include laundry in each unit, off-street parking, water, sewer, and trash collection.
