517 West Gray Street
This residence is a two-story Gothic Revival home built in 1885. This house was owed by Mrs. Mary Loonie in 1899. She was joined by her sister, Annie Loonie In 1900. From 1902-1916, Guiford Tobey, a retired farmer, lived in the house. In 1919, the house was converted to three apartments.
We purchased this property in 2009, and it contains two one-bedroom units on the second floor, and a sprawling three-bedroom on the main floor featuring a large marble fireplace, formal dining room, and incredible storage space. Other features of the building include all hardwood flooring throughout, updated oak kitchen cabinetry, updated bathrooms with tile flooring, as well as two large enclosed porches. All utilities are included in this building's rent!
