This residence is a two-story Gothic Revival home built in 1885. This house was owed by Mrs. Mary Loonie in 1899. She was joined by her sister, Annie Loonie In 1900. From 1902-1916, Guiford Tobey, a retired farmer, lived in the house. In 1919, the house was converted to three apartments.
