Our Properties

This modest Colonial Revival home was built in 1865, for Orville G. Irvine, a grocer. Subsequent owners included an engineer for the American LaFrance Co., a department store manager, and a manger of a magazine company. In 1975. the house was converted to apartments. When we initially purchased this property in 2020, it was in rough shape, and had sustained severe damage from a large tree that had fallen on it. We gutted the property and almost entirely rebuilt it, resulting in two beautiful brand-new two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments with a touch of historic charm. The building is currently in a contract with Catholic Charities.
