Our Properties

This two story Italianate home was built in 1866 for Oliver C. Kingsbury, a prominent produce merchant with O.C. Kingsbury and Co., and it remained the Kingsbury family home until 1934. It was converted to apartments in 1938. When we initially purchased this property in 2020, it was in rough shape, but we gutted the property and almost entirely rebuilt it, resulting in two beautiful brand-new two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments with a touch of historic charm. The building is currently in a contract with Catholic Charities.
